Program design – design of the content, delivery channel, speakers, and supporting resources to suit the educational objectives and participants
Assessment design – designing assessment to capture an accurate measure of learning that is consistent with the educational objectives and the characteristics of the participants
Program delivery – delivering the program with a focus on learning and participant enjoyment
