At Insight we work in the design and collection of data using different technology, and in data transfers (including data access and manipulation). Data can come from a variety of sources in our consulting projects including the collection of survey data, the collation of existing datasets, and the internet of things. Some of the software that we frequently use for survey data collection includes Qualtrics, Customer Voice, Sharepoint, and Forms.
